All services are tailored to specific client requirements and involve allocation of technical resources, planning, research, design, and development efforts.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our services, all payments made to Kriha IT Solutions are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced.
Project commencement is deemed to occur once requirement discussions, project planning, design, development, or resource allocation has started.
3. Advance Payments & Milestones
Advance payments or milestone-based payments are used to reserve technical resources and initiate project execution.
Such payments are non-refundable, as they compensate for time, effort, and opportunity cost incurred by Kriha IT Solutions.
4. Cancellation Before Project Start
If a client cancels a project before any work has started and before any resources are allocated, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
Any applicable administrative, consultation, or transaction charges may be deducted before processing such a refund.
5. Client-Initiated Termination After Start
If a client chooses to terminate the project after work has begun, no refunds will be provided for payments already made.
Any completed work up to the termination date will remain the intellectual property of Kriha IT Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delays or Non-Cooperation by Client
No refunds will be issued for delays, project suspension, or termination caused by lack of client response, delayed approvals, incomplete information, or failure to provide required access or assets.
7. Change of Scope or Requirements
Refunds will not be issued due to changes in business strategy, change of mind, or modification of project requirements after the project has commenced.
Any scope changes will be handled through revised estimates, timelines, or change requests.
8. Service Dissatisfaction
In case of dissatisfaction with services, clients are encouraged to raise concerns in writing so that we may attempt to resolve the issue through revisions, corrections, or reasonable support.
Dissatisfaction alone does not qualify as a valid ground for a refund.
9. Third-Party Costs
Payments made towards third-party services such as hosting providers, cloud services, payment gateways, APIs, licenses, or subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.
These costs are governed by the respective third-party provider’s policies.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Kriha IT Solutions if we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us.
Any such refund, if approved, will be limited to the amount paid for the undelivered portion of the service.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions and may take 7–14 business days.
12. Taxes & Deductions
Any applicable taxes, statutory deductions, or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
13. Policy Modifications
Kriha IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
